Seminar Full Desc | School librarians will analyze their library program and instruction, and discuss with colleagues pertinent issues. Structure for the CLC includes personalized professional development centered around increasing student achievement. Although fluid in topics, this CLC offers the lone practicing librarian an opportunity to network with other librarians and sharpen skills. |

* actively engage with colleagues in meaningful conversations centered around student achievement, instruction, and the school library program * continuously evaluate their instruction and how it complements student achievement * design a plan for sharing artifacts of student learning and achievement |

* share best practices * demonstrate improvement in an area of weakness as it relates to the library program or instruction * Share artifacts of student learning, engagement, and achievement as it relates to his/her school's goal. |
