Evaluation Summary Notes-Examined and reflected on my own cultural competence
-Be more aware of others' thoughts
-Find a way to introduce this topic to my school community
-Reflect more on how my culture effects how I view other cultures
-Think more about how my assumptions of student behavior are based on my own cultural expectations
-Listen more to how media really sways my opinion of things
-Dig deeper, do more work to understand more
-Go more in-depth about these topics.
-It would be wonderful if these sessions were offered to all staff members
-Share with my faculty
-Continue to expand my cultural competence personally and professionally
-I'm going to sit with the Mapping Your Cultural Orientation scale more and think about where I fall compared to some of my students because that's where some disconnect can come without realizing it, I think
-Just thinking more consciously about that might be helpful
-Maybe even potentially have some of my older students fill it out for themselves
-Work towards providing training to colleagues on implicit bias within my district
