| Seminar Full Desc | The science of resilience helps explain why some children do well, despite serious adversity. The Community Schools Resilience Series allows participants to explore the factors that counteract adversity, including the many protective factors and adaptive skills that are necessary in developing resilience. Join us in welcoming Lisa Ralston at the 2021 Resilience Series, as she walks us through the basics of Mindfulness and introduces us to practices that we can implement in our daily lives. |
