Seminar Full Desc | School librarians are invited to join the first Collaborative Learning Community (CLC) of 2019-2020. Please bring a list of your school's student achievement goals for this year. We'll be reviewing the NEW Information Fluency Continuum, NoodleTools, and creating a scaffold of research skills for grades PreK-12. Bring your laptop or iPad. |

Seminar Objectives | Participants will:
1. Identify one of their school's student achievement goal to focus on this year and create a plan for supporting that goal. 2. Analyze the new IFC and compare with AASL and ISTE standards. 3. Summarize the importance of using the IFC for library instruction and how to communicate its value to teachers and administrators. 4. Develop a library lesson for a specific grade incorporating a benchmark skill. 5. Create a NoodleTools account and investigate features in order to assist students and teachers. |
