Seminar Full DescThe LETRS for Administrators training is designed to equip school and district leaders with the knowledge and tools to support effective literacy instruction. This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the science of reading, the components of literacy development, and evidence-based practices for improving student outcomes. Administrators will learn how to create a supportive environment for literacy instruction, monitor program effectiveness, and make informed decisions that align with research-based literacy practices. Seminar ObjectivesUnderstand the Science of Reading: Educators will develop a comprehensive understanding of the cognitive processes and research-based principles that underlie effective reading instruction, including phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.

Identify and Address Reading Challenges: Participants will learn to diagnose common reading difficulties, interpret assessment data, and apply targeted instructional strategies to support diverse learners, including students with dyslexia or other learning disabilities.

Implement Evidence-Based Literacy Instruction: Educators will be able to apply evidence-based teaching practices in their classrooms that enhance reading proficiency and promote literacy development for students across all grade levels.

Utilize Differentiated Instruction Techniques: Teachers will acquire skills to adapt their reading instruction to meet the needs of individual students, employing a variety of approaches to ensure that all learners achieve reading success.
