-Getting a scenario and trying to work through how you could do the circle -Possibly making this training an every 3 year for a good refresher for vet staff -More short videos less longer ones -More structure for circle scenarios -More participation among peers -More engagement in the second day, I loved the more involved tasks |
Next Steps | -It was great and informative very educational
-Great 2 days -Conflict resolution/social thinking training for behaviors in ASD would be beneficial in addition to this training -Really appreciate the professional development break and professional relationship building that happened -Really enjoyed the videos, put our emotions and thoughts into perspective |
