Work Summary | -Sally and I worked through the remaining two sections of the SLPR. Meaningful conversations occurred as each category was read and evaluated for determining what rating applied. If a category was rated as basic, why not proficient? If proficient, why not distinguished? The conversation was not viewed negatively but focused on what might be a reasonable goal to work toward
-Introduced Sally to Flip (f/k/a Flipgrid). This tool can be used for brief sharing during a faculty meeting when Sally is in another district (promoting library resources and services), 5th and 6th grade book trailers, and student research projects. Sally is looking forward to using this product in 2022-2023. |
Assessment of Learning | -Meaningful conversations and sharing during completion of the library rubric
-As an instructor, Sally registered with Flip and created a topic. As a student, I submitted a video which allowed her to view and return a private comment. We explored feature3s such as video editing, stickers, backgrounds, and viewed complimentary lessons in Discovery. |
Evaluation Summary Notes | -Sally was please to have the rubric completed and will be working with Principal Renee at Whitesville to review and discuss
-Sally is looking forward to using Flip in the coming school year |

-Sally will receive training on NoodleTools -Sally will learn how to upload MARC records into Titlewise for a complete collection analysis. This will help her develop an annual plan and three year goal for library resources - weaknesses in the library collection and budgeting to strengthen those areas |
