-Having another team member come with to the training. -Doing a mock rules/regulations restorative circle. -More activities. -Provide coffee, especially after lunch! -Might be useful to break out more into high school/ middle/ elementary, so as to target our areas. (Seemed like today focused more on the elementary side) |
