Seminar Full DescIn this learning opportunity, participants will discuss the concept of burnout for educators, and its overall impact on student outcomes. This will include evidence-based processes and protocols for assessment, action planning, implementation, and evaluation/progress monitoring. It is encouraged that districts send a team or small-group to get the most out of this session, as portions of the day will be dedicated to supported team/district time for action planning and utilizing the resources and research shared so teams can go back to their districts or programs with concrete, next steps in hand
