Workshop Full Desc | In this learning opportunity, participants will discuss the concept of burnout for educators, and its overall impact on student outcomes. Participants will learn about and utilize a variety of action-planning tools and guidance in order to use implementation cycles to engage in both individual and organizational change toward higher and more intentional levels of wellness in school environments. This will include evidence-based processes and protocols for assessment, action planning, implementation, and evaluation/progress monitoring. It is encouraged that districts send a team or small-group to get the most out of this session, as portions of the day will be dedicated to supported team/district time for action planning and utilizing the resources and research shared so teams can go back to their districts or programs with concrete, next steps in hand |
