Needed Changes-I need to be better about closure, often forget or run out of time

-I feel like I am much more prepared to teach effective lessons
-Will use and utilize the lesson design, component, effective feedback strategies, student engagement tips and lesson delivery strategies
-Incorporate different ways to check for understanding
-Like the idea of pairing students up in various ways
-My plan of action is to implement the use of attention signals in my classroom in order for the students to know when it is time to provide knowledge of their learning
-I will use the lesson play format as well as try and use more checking for understanding more often throughout the lesson
