Needed Changes-Not running the entire day in a circle
-Participants find the rocking of chairs distracting and would prefer to be socially distanced at a table so mask can be removed
-Would like more training exercises and maybe like real scenario exercises on what to do or what could be done in difficult situations that could occur in the classroom
-I think guided notes could be helpful
-Sooner in the school year
