Educators have been navigating and increase in collective uncertainty, traumas and stress and oftentimes their own wellbeing takes a backseat to the needs of others. This series promotes positive change and personal growth in the education profession and seeks to empower educators to become proactive and intentional in practicing and planning for wellness. |
Seminar Full Desc | Being able to maintain personal wellness is of utmost importance in the field of education. Educators have been navigating and increase in collective uncertainty, traumas and stress and oftentimes their own wellbeing takes a backseat to the needs of others. This series promotes positive change and personal growth in the education profession and seeks to empower educators to become proactive and intentional in practicing and planning for wellness. Sessions will be held online for one hour over the course of two months, and then meet in person for a full day of learning and practical application, together. WE hope to see you there! |
