This session will be giving 3-8 ELA and Math teachers time to explore their power standards, look at benchmarks already created and then look to have them create pre-unit assessments to find out students strengths and weaknesses ahead of a unit.

Seminar Objectives-Teachers will have time to create parallel items and assessments to help them gauge where students are at before they start a lesson.
Assessment of Learning-Participants will be able to share their assessments/questions with the facilitators and other participants to get feedback and improve on the material they created.
