We will be discussing and practicing breath work, mindfulness, meditation, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and the concept of two arrows. The end of this workshop will focus on how to move from the fear zone to the growth zone regarding teaching during Coronavirus. This session will be led by guest speaker, Kimberly Morrow, who has been specializing in treating people with anxiety and OCD for over 25 years and teaching other professionals how to treat anxiety for over 15 years.
