Seminar Full Desc | This workshop will provide information on how to help children and teens face their fears, tolerate discomfort, handle uncertainty, and live their life connected to what they value. This interactive workshop will provide specific ways to help students who struggle with social anxiety, panic attacks, worry, and test anxiety. There will be time to discuss how to apply these skills to specific student concerns. Guest facilitator, Kimberly Morrow has an extensive background in treating and teaching about anxiety. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kimberly has been specializing in treating people with anxiety and OCD for over 25 years and teaching other professionals how to treat anxiety for over 15 years. |
