Seminar Short DescThis session will provide a short review of Project-Based Learning, using various rubrics to assess student learning, and discussing rubrics specifically designed for Project-Based Learning. Resources will be shared and available in the resource folder.
Seminar Full DescEducators who are interested in Project-Based Learning will want to attend this session on using rubrics for assessing student learning. Facilitators will discuss Project-Based Learning (PBL) and what it is (and isn't), explain various rubrics and their purpose, and analyze rubrics for PBL. Participants will be encouraged to share PBL experiences and discuss collaborative opportunities as it applies to end of year assessments.
