| Seminar Full Desc | The CA BOCES Labor Relations Department is hosting a mini-conference for Principals and Assistant Principals in our CA BOCES region. The mini-conference will include a morning workshop dedicated to different aspects of handling employee matters (e.g., preparing for an employee meeting, holding the meeting, drafting a counseling memo, remediation resources and options, etc.) as well as discussion regarding threats and violence as they relate to student hearings and the Red Flag Law. The afternoon will include round table discussions regarding employee and student-related topics with a final overview of legal updates directly related to school districts. |
