| Seminar Full Desc | The Instructional Leadership Exchange is a collaborative professional learning series designed for administrators, curriculum coordinators, directors of curriculum and instruction, and assistant superintendents for instruction to engage in meaningful dialogue around the complex work of leading teaching and learning.
The Exchange provides a structured yet collegial space for instructional leaders to share practices, examine challenges, surface promising ideas, and reflect on emerging needs across districts. Participants engage in professional conversation centered on curriculum, instruction, assessment, data use, and systems-level decision-making grounded in real work, real contexts, and real questions. Rather than a traditional presentation model, the Instructional Leadership Exchange emphasizes collective expertise, professional trust, and thoughtful problem-solving. Each convening is shaped by participant voice and designed to support longitudinal reflection, allowing leaders to revisit initiatives, track progress, and learn from one another over time. The Exchange is intended for leaders who value thinking together, learning from peers, and strengthening instructional leadership through shared experience. |
