Seminar Objectives-Identify and describe the six models of integrated co-teaching (ICT) and their appropriate classroom applications.
-Analyze roles and responsibilities of general and special educators in ICT settings to promote equitable collaboration.
-Apply co-teaching strategies to design inclusive lesson plans that support diverse learners, including those with IEPs.
-Evaluate classroom scenarios to determine effective ICT practices that align with NYS learning standards and special education strategies.
Work Summary-Participants engaged in the following learning experiences:

-Interactive Presentation: Overview of ICT models with real-world examples and video clips.
-Collaborative Case Study Analysis: Small groups reviewed student profiles and selected appropriate co-teaching models.
-Role Clarification Exercise: Participants mapped responsibilities of co-teachers using editable templates.
-Lesson Design Workshop: Teams co-created inclusive lesson plans using AI-supported tools for differentiation and accessibility.
-Gallery Walk: Participants shared their lesson plans and received peer feedback using a structured rubric.
