Seminar Full DescThe relationship between a mentor and mentee is critical for the partnership to be successful. Participants will learn effective strategies that can be used to help support the partnership and allow for the mentor and mentee to flourish. School and district leaders, teacher mentors, those interested in being teacher mentors, and their mentees are invited to join us for this 1-day training on how to create an effective mentor/mentee partnership. An effective teacher mentor provides their mentee with the support needed and helps ensure their success and growth as a teacher. A mentee can also provide valuable insight to their mentor. After attending this training, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to create a successful and lasting partnership that allows both mentor and mentee to thrive.
