Seminar Full DescThe role of an instructional coach is becoming a more involved one in school districts. From district to district, the roles and responsibilities vary and there is not always training and support around how to provide high-quality coaching or professional learning. This CLC's aim is to build a network of instructional coaches (including coordinators, principals, and other leaders that perform coaching duties in their district) throughout our region in order to support leaders who support teachers.

Specific topics throughout this CLC will be dependent on the needs of the group, but possible topics could include: Coaching Models, Social-Emotional Well-Being for Adults and Students, Designing Professional Learning for Adult Professionals, Priority Management, and Best Practices in Facilitation.
