Seminar Objectives-Provide Zearn Curriculum overview
-Complete introduction session 1 - Learning Zearn Math
-Complete Zearn session 2-A week with Zearn Math
-Explore resources and activities for enhancing Zearn Math instruction using a Guided Math approach
Work Summary-Teachers participated in an introduction to Zearn training where they were active participants in identifying ways to incorporate Zearn into their Math classroom. Teachers gained an understanding of the different tools available within the Zearn platform and explored resources and activities specific to their grade level ban
-Participants learned the important components of a Zearn Math Block and how to structure classroom time to ensure all students have the opportunity to learn with independent Digital Lessons and Small Group Instruction. Participants will leave with a micro goal for moving forward with the implementation process
Assessment of Learning-Participants completed a post card at the end of the workshop setting a goal for the upcoming school year as it relates to Guided Math instruction
-Participants also actively participated throughout the training asking and reflecting on questions and small group activities
Evaluation Summary Notes-Participants liked the resources provided and the activities

Next Steps-Participants are going to continue to implement parts of this program between now and May and complete their micro-goals. CA BOCES will be following up with teachers in May to help answer questions and provide ongoing support including "Session 3-Setting Students Up for Success with Zearn Math" training.
