-Teachers will apply simple, high-impact writing techniques from The Writing Revolution to design quick, effective literacy tasks that support clear written responses and deepend comprehension
Work Summary-Teachers will explore and practice essential comprehension strategies such as summarizing, making inferences, identifying main ideas and self-monitoring during reading. The seesion integrates The Writing Revolution's practical sentence-level techniques, including because/but/no sentence combining and structure note-taking, to help teachers embed writing into content instruction efficiently
-Participants will leave with quick hitting, high leverage strategies they can immediately apply to support students in both reading comprehension and clear written expression
