Seminar Full DescThis full-day professional development workshop is designed to engage educators, support staff, and community stakeholders in exploring the critical themes and insights from The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. As youth anxiety, depression, and social disconnection rise, this book offers a compelling framework to understand how changes in childhood particularly the shift to phone-based, less autonomous lifestyles are impacting mental health.
