Seminar Short DescDuring this session we will review the expectations and training needs of lead evaluators as well as provide some updates to APPR relating to 3012-d regulations. We will then examine evidence provided by those participating in the session. Specifically, we will review evidence for quality and alignment to appropriate components of the Danielson and/or NYSUT rubrics.
Seminar Full DescInter-rater reliability is one of the assurances districts must commit to when signing off on their APPR for both 3012-c and 3012-d. These sessions are offered as a means for districts to engage in activities providing continued practice and feedback around reliably collecting evidence and aligning that evidence to their teacher practice rubric. Our sessions will focus on Danielson and NYSUT rubrics.

Evaluators do not have to attend all three sessions, but we believe attending all three will provide evaluators with the greatest benefit.
