Understand the transition planning process and its relationship to the State Performance Plan Indicators: Graduation rates, dropout, secondary transition, and post-school outcomes. Identify the key components of high-quality transition included in IEPs. Review the necessary components needed to develop and write the transition components of an IEP. Apply and implement practices that support students with IEPs in transitioning to adulthood (post-secondary). |
