Workshop Full DescParticipants will have collaborative conversations about curriculum, instruction, and assessment aligned to the Common Core Standards. All participants will walk away with instructional strategies in ELA and Math. Updates from the NYSED will be presented at the CLC. Ideas and strategies will be ready to use when they return to their district.

Workshop Objectives1. Participants will identify and practices using accountable talk strategies to support classroom learning and engagement in the Pre-K classroom.
2. Participants will learn what research reveals about the brain and mathematical learning.
3. Participants will review resources to support further professional development and implementation of mathematical mindset strategies.
