Workshop Full DescThrough this four-day series, administrators and teachers will work collaboratively to help develop those willing to serve as leaders within their school setting. The series will focus on the development of teacher leader dispositions and actions, as well as establish roles and responsibilities of the teacher leader(s) within the building. With the work of Barbara Levin and Lynne Schrum, as outlined in Every Teacher a Leader: Developing the Needed Dispositions, Knowledge and Skills for Teacher Leadership, as our guide, we will work to create more teacher leaders in our component schools and foster an environment of shared responsibility.
