| Workshop Full Desc | We are pleased to offer the opportunity for coordinators to become Certified Dignity Index Trainers through an immersive two-day Train-the-Trainer experience on Thursday, July 9, and Friday, July 10.
The Dignity Index is a research-based framework designed to help individuals recognize and promote dignity in communication while reducing contempt in conversations. This training prepares participants to effectively facilitate Dignity Index learning experiences within their own schools, districts, or organizations, fostering healthier dialogue, stronger relationships, and a more positive organizational culture. Throughout the two-day training, participants will: Develop a deep understanding of the Dignity Index framework and its practical applications. Learn to identify and measure dignity versus contempt in communication. Practice applying the Dignity Index scale through authentic scenarios and discussions. Explore strategies for embedding dignity-centered practices into school and district culture. Gain the skills and confidence to facilitate Dignity Index professional learning for others. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will: Become certified to deliver Dignity Index professional development. Receive customizable presentation materials, facilitator resources, and participant handouts. Gain access to licensed Dignity Index content for a designated period. Join a network of certified trainers with ongoing professional support and collaboration opportunities. |
