Workshop Full DescThis summer seminar series provides an opportunity for school leaders, teachers, AIS/RtI providers, coaches, etc., to analyze 2026 individual and/or district/building/grade-level 3-8 data ELA and Math and/or Regents data, including Heat Map assessment priorities (longitudinal review), and to make a plan for the upcoming school year. Participants will review their own NYS assessment data and produce an action plan. There are two different dates for different participants available: Tues., 7/21 (administrators and curriculum/instruction leaders); Wed., 8/12 (teachers and administrators: 3-8 & Regents assessments & information regarding student work analysis (SWA)). *I will share Mike Schmoker's podcast as well.

-Review specific NYS assessment data reports (*3-8 will be the raw data/right & wrong aligned to the standards *big impact on curriculum and instruction. No student scores)
-Locate the released questions (2026 specific and longitudinal review)
-Connect the data to instruction
-Review practices for accelerating learning (3-8)
-Review a process for Student Work Analysis
-Create an action plan with instructional goals for the school year
