Workshop Full DescSt. Bonaventure University invites teachers to the 10th annual lab development workshop. This year's topic is Harnessing the Sun: Nature's Pathway to Solar Energy. Come work with professors from St. Bonaventure University and the University of Kentucky to learn how solar panels work. NYS standards will be the framework for learning how to integrate the hands-on labs into your classroom. The NYS Science Learning Standards, Computer Science and Digital Fluency Standards, and Next Gen Math Learning Standards will be addressed as you discuss how to integrate the lessons into your classrooms.
Workshop AudienceGenerally geared toward secondary level STEM subject teachers with knowledge of NYSSLS.
