- learn the basic science of global climate change and our current climate situation - learn about and discuss local climate impacts - have access to real climate data, historical data, and resources for lesson planning - learn about most impactful solutions and begin to research ways for students to play a part in building a more sustainable and resilient community and world |

- share how they intend to teach climate change within their curriculum/course - begin to develop or adopt a climate lesson, appropriate for their subject area and student age group - identify, recognize, and discuss local climate impacts - identify and collect contact information for local organizations to become solutions partners in our classrooms |
