Workshop Full DescThis summer 2025 series of data analysis workshops will provide opportunities for administrators, teachers, AIS providers, coaches, etc., to evaluate 2025 individual and/or district/building/grade-level 3-8 data ELA and Math and/or Regents data, including priorities and question analysis reports. The outcome: design an action plan for the 2025-2026 school year. Participants will review their own NYS assessment data to build the plan.
We will have data and resources prepared for you.
There are four data analysis sessions available.
Workshop Audience7/22/25: District and Building Administrators/Instructional Leaders: choose one or both: AM: 8:30AM-11:30AM; PM: 12:00PM-3:00PM
8/13/25: 3-8 ELA and Math AND Regents Teachers; RtI/AIS Providers; Special Education Teachers; Coaches: full day
8/14/25: 3-8 ELA and Math AND Regents Teachers, Special Education Teachers; Coaches (Constructed Response/Student Work Analysis): full day

Workshop ObjectivesThe learners will:
-Review specific NYS assessment data reports (*3-8 will be the raw data/right & wrong aligned to the standards-not the scores)
-Locate the released questions (2025 specific and over time)
-Connect the data to instruction
-Review item/question difficulty Review a process for Student Work Analysis
-Create an action plan with instructional goals for the school year
