Workshop ObjectivesAs a result of this workshop, participants will:
* receive key concepts in media literacy
* role play media decoding, view classroom video demonstrations, and debrief the process
* learn key questions to ask for media analysis and applications across the curriculum and grade levels
* learn how to deal with controversial topics and guide discussions
* understand how media literacy benefits students when they are creating their own messages

* participate in decoding, simulations, and debriefings
* access Project Look Sharp resources, including lessons, powerpoints, videos, and handouts
* design an integration plan
