- understand the topic of D.E.I and how it applies to the school library
- identify how D.E.I. fits into the school librarians work
- identify how community collaborations enhance the work of D.E.I.

Participants will, in the second session:
- learn the steps in conducting a D.E.I. audit of their library collection
- develop actionable steps for beginning an audit
Assessment of LearningIn both sessions, participants will:
- engage in conversations with colleagues
- participate in activities as led by Dr. Bright
- leave with actionable steps for performing a D.E.I audit of their library collection
