Workshop Full Desc | These Zoom sessions are for new teachers in the CABOCES area. This is the some of the material that's covered in the New Teacher Academy cohorts but offered online for those that can't make the face-to-face. This offering is open to teachers in their first year experience, supporting them in their instructional and professional practice. Through the CLC experience, teachers will receive a bevy of tools and techniques associated with engagement, management, planning, assessment, and differentiation. Each session will provide strategies within those focuses with learning centered around Teaching Standards I-VII. As an added element, new teachers will receive insight and feedback from former Teacher Academy participants and gain advice on how to manage their first years as a professional in education. |
