Workshop Full DescSchool leaders will learn how to be the catalyst for facilitating discussions around bias, racism, and privilege in their schools. Sessions will include discussions on establishing a safe environment for professional conversations, setting goals for cultural competency, reviewing school data, and creating a plan for cultural competency within one's school district.
