Workshop Full DescSpectrum Health's Project Hope is a proud partner of NY Project Hope. This FEMA funded program provides crisis counseling and public education in response to COVID-19. They provide emotional support groups and activities for school students such as:
- "What If?" : Anticipatory Grief - what is it and how can we help ourselves and others to cope with it
- Stress before and after COVID
- COVID Burnout
- Re-Entry Anxiety
- Self Care: Relaxation Techniques and other coping strategies
- Resources to help connect school community with area agencies who can work with you to support the school community
