Workshop Full DescThe learning centers around Mike Schmoker's Focus: Elevating the Essentials to Radically Improve Student Learning. The focus will be on the most essential, widely acknowledged, evidence-based practices that will have more impact on student success than all other initiatives combined: simple, coherent curricula; straightforward, traditional literacy practices; and lessons built around just a few "hugely effective" elements of good teaching.
*Initial workshop offered at two different times: August 2021 and September 2021; additional dates will be scheduled after initial workshops are completed.
