Workshop Full DescThrough meetings, panel discussions, and interactive experiences, teachers will meet with graduates of their own schools who have chosen manufacturing as a career in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties. Panel discussions will be available both in person and via zoom.

Teachers will learn of the STEM related careers in advanced manufacturing. Rather than touring area manufacturers, this year we will be meeting with young professionals to learn of their pathway to a manufacturing career in our area. We will also have a panel discussion with manufacturers and school administrators, giving teachers and administrators a chance to share with manufacturers what is happening in their schools. The panel discussions will be recorded and we will then decide how we can use these to help our students, teachers, parents, and manufacturers.
