Fortunately, there are steps that we can all take to change this heartbreaking reality. Suicide can be prevented, and educators play a critical role in prevention. Suicide Safety for School Staff is a brief training (60 minutes) designed by the Suicide Prevention Center of New York (SPC-NY) to meet the basic awareness needs of faculty and school staff.
