- Identify school's vision and mission statements - Consult the S.L.M.P.E. rubric which lists components of an exemplary school library program - Create a S.W.O.T. analysis of their library program - Analyze portions of texts from books and articles and participate in topic related discussions with colleagues - Discuss various strategies for increasing weaknesses and building on strengths - Develop S.M.A.R.T. goals for their library program and choose an accountability partner |
