Workshop Full Desc | Participants in this workshop will collaborate with other teachers and presenters over three days to help their own data to drive their instruction to help improve student learning. The first day will revolve around what types of data to use and why. The second day will focus on formative assessments and what do do with the data you collect. On the third day participants will be discussing how the data affects students and their learning as well as coming up with a plan moving forward so that this process can continue at various points throughout the year for each teacher. |

- Share and collaborate with other teachers on best practice ideas around using data to drive their instruction which in turn will help student learning in their classes. - Focus on ways to use appropriate data from their classes to make changes to instruction and then to come back and collaborate with what worked well and what still needs to be changed. |
Assessment of Learning | Question and Answer sessions.
Teachers create a plan, go back to use it with their class then return to go over results to see if another iteration needs to occur. Communication with the group throughout the year. |
