Workshop Full DescThis offering is designed for curriculum coordinators, directors, and instructional coaches. Participants will learn a variety of strategies to engage in successful curriculum coordination. The first session will focus on strategic planning and intentional instructional alignment. The next session will center on building and maintaining instructional leadership and developing leadership capacity. The last session will focus on building a culture and climate the promotes instructional excellence.
