Workshop Full Desc | New to teacher evaluation? Looking to find out more about your district's evaluation tool?
Join us as we dive deep into the Danielson and/or NYSUT rubrics for teacher evaluation. Practice aligning and rating evidence against various components of the evaluation tools, and decipher the intent and purpose behind many of the evaluated elements. To support NEW administrators in the evaluation process, two meeting dates are provided, so as to address questions and continue our understanding of the practice of evaluating teachers. Day 1 will focus on evidence-based observation. Day 2 will emphasize the NYS growth model and student learning objectives. |
