Seminar Full DescIn this Classroom Management workshop, participants will learn about the ever-evolving world of classroom and behavioral management.

Participants will learn how to proactively employ effective classroom management practices in their classroom to mitigate most student "behavioral" issues as well as increase student engagement and participation. Participants will learn how to develop positive student-teacher relationships, set appropriate classroom expectations, and meet students' needs to create an environment conducive for student learning.

When these proactive measures don't succeed, participants will learn how to manage particularly challenging student behaviors effectively. Participants will examine the research available, be exposed to specific student examples of challenging behaviors, and learn how to best mitigate these situations when they arise.
