| Evaluation Summary Notes | -What I enjoyed most about the training was - Fish Bowl activity, group activities, circles, being able to get a visual of what certain circles actually look like, you're in my boat game, practice of doing circles, interactive groups, meeting and hearing from others, group work/collaboration/conversation |
| Needed Changes | -Adding another day, writing surface, coffee, people raising their hands, and more icebreaker activities tied into training |
| Next Steps | -I like the circle but some kids I think would have anxiety over being open like that, overall very enjoyable training, instruction was engaging, sitting in a circle is uncomfortable but embracing it helps participants to open up, enjoyed the training, Abby and Mollie are great and understand so much, Day 2 felt more comfortable, food was great, trainers were great, learned so much and will be reading the 2 books |
