| Work Summary | -Participants completed a self-reflections activity called "Student Profiles" and shared response to group questions. Participants then examined Andover CSD data around poverty and identified the many faces of engagement. This activity was then connected to the CRSF specifically the Welcoming and Affirming environments section where participants examined each bullet point and identified if they were currently focused on it, working on it, or haven't started yet. Participants then experienced self-reflections around building connections with students and the "Joy" of teaching |
