| Work Summary | -Shannon was thrilled with the policy and procedure manual template that I shared. In 2022-2023 the district had a library book challenge and Shannon relied on the district's own policy. She realized the importance of having one specifically for the library and will be working on the template for the Board approval in the spring
-Shannon shared her collaborative work with teachers, student behavior management strategies, and issues with library staffing. I suggested including her and her aide's job description in the P & P manual as a quick reference and for updating as responsibilities change/decrease/increase |
